The following publications have applied the ENTE-1 library and epitopic’s software to generate epitope fingerprints:

Although this publication is from the days we started evaluating NGS data with Excel data sheets, it still revealed interesting receptor epitopes.

She did it all: Karolin Kern’s almost full mapping of the immune response in sensitized patients unravels a universe of epitopes with huge differences between individual persons and still only a few of them seem to be relevant.

Acute Allergy: From serum sample to the actual epitope in less than three weeks! Thanks to faster evaluation tools the epitope mapping of the antibody and the epitopes involved in the allergic reaction could be identified quickly.

Even from sera: Sufficient data enable a statistical analysis of the seasonal changes in epitope preferences in differently sensitized patients.
